We are unable to deliver Interstate or to Regional NSW for an order which includes tiles or larger items eg: mirrors, shaving cabinets and vanities etc...
All costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
All delivery costs include a tailgate delivery fee, fuel levies and other fees charged by the
delivery company.

IN STOCK: Your item is available either instore or at our supplier warehouse, usually ready in 5+ days to pick up.
Please contact the store if you wish to pick up ASAP to check confirmation of item location.
CUSTOM VANITIES : ADP, Fienza Australian Made, Marquis and Timberline Vanities are made to order items, which takes two to five weeks depending on manufacturer.
Please allow for the specified two to five weeks plus our additional delivery lead time based on your location.
CUSTOM GRATES: Any grate over one metre in length will be store pick up only.
We want you to be satisfied with your products.
HOWEVER we need you to ensure that this particular delivery is exactly what you ordered!
In unforeseen circumstances you may receive something that may not be quite perfect and we need to be aware of it for our continuous quality control.

Please check the products within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
We will not accept any claims for replacement, repair or reimbursement once tiles have been laid if that claim is for defects, size, tile shade variation or anything that should reasonably have been obvious before laying commenced.
It is the responsibility of the tiler, builder or homeowner to check the tiles before laying them.
If there is any concern regarding quality, size, colour, shade or condition of the batch on site, the tiles must NOT be laid.
If a defect is discovered while tiles are being laid...work MUST STOP immediately and you should contact All Purpose Tile Centre to report any issues to avoid any delays in tiling your project.
Batch Number on each box must be the same on every box, unless you have previously accepted a mixed batch which would have been in writing by the All Purpose Tile Centre / The Buyer.

If you are not able to accept delivery you must advise All Purpose Tile Centre before a delivery is attempted.
Any additional fees or charges as a result of failed delivery attempts or redeliveries made by couriers will be passed on to the purchaser at full price.
All Purpose Tile Centre will use reasonable endeavours to deliver goods to you on the estimated delivery date during All Purpose Tile Centre's normal business hours of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

All deliveries are dispatched on pallet(s) and are delivered kerbside at the specified address by one of our nominated shipping companies and subject to their standard terms.

Suitability of kerbside drop-off location and associated permission to use that area are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Once tiles are delivered to the kerbside, they become the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
For smaller orders, it is at the discretion of the courier should they choose to deliver beyond the kerbside i.e. to a residential address doorstep, apartment building or similar.
You will be notified once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, outlining further information on your delivery and any tracking that is available.

If the nominated, delivery company attempts to deliver your tiles and they are rejected, you will be invoiced by All Purpose Tile Centre for any costs associated with the re-delivery of your tiles at a later date.
All Purpose Tile Centre reserves the right to request the hold off of any re-delivery until associated delivery fees are
paid for by you.
