Refund policy

To get your order to you, as fast as possible, All Purpose Tile Centre commences your order processing immediately after confirmation.

Because of the immediate ordering system, the team at All Purpose Tile Centre recommend that you choose carefully when purchasing our products as REFUNDS cannot be given after an order has been placed for change of mind.

To help you order the right products, we encourage you the purchaser, to consider either calling our store or booking an appointment with our In-house Sales Team

If you did not purchase the items you will not be eligible.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an Exchange.

Exchange is not available on Tiles unless there is a major fault.

It is your responsibility to check your order at the time of purchase and delivery within two (2) days, including but not limited to: the dimensions, colours, shade variations, quality, quantity and any other details.

Each tile should be checked for colour, size and quality before being laid and/or within 48 hours of delivery, whichever comes first.

Installation of the tiles constitutes acceptance.

No claims will be entertained after fixing.

Measurements and quantities must be thoroughly checked with your tiler before being finalised.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check the accuracy of the quantity of product, prior to completing your order.

All products sold by All Purpose Tile Centre are to be fixed and applied in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and all goods must be used in accordance with recognised industry standards.

No responsibility will be accepted by All Purpose Tile Centre for damage which occurs from the use of acids in cleaning or any other procedure which is not recommended by the manufacturer.
Please check that you have sufficient product before tiling as no guarantee is given that subsequent supplies of the same product will be available or will match in shade from the same batch previously purchased.

If you need to match your order to other tiles please let us know prior to placing your order.

CUSTOM ORDER TILES: Southern Cross Ceramics are made to order tiles, Refunds, Returns and Exchanges cannot be given after an order has been placed for change of mind.

CUSTOM ORDER VANITIES : ADP, Fienza Australian Made, Marquis and Timberline vanities and other cabinetry items that are made to order items, Refunds, Returns and Exchanges cannot be given after an order has been placed for change of mind.

SHOWERSCREEN FITTING: Our frameless shower screens are NOT made to measure and require all surfaces to be square for suitable fitting. Please make sure of your measurements as all shower screens are NON REFUNDABLE.

CUSTOM GRATES: Are MADE to MEASURE.

Once cut, Grates are NON REFUNDABLE and Refunds, Returns and Exchanges cannot be given.

You the purchaser, must contact All Purpose Tile Centre within 30 days of order confirmation if you're seeking to receive a Return and Exchange.

We will ask you to provide your receipt, tradesperson receipt, imagery and reasoning for your return as products that have been opened, damaged, installed or used will not be accepted for return.

Goods must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged and in a saleable condition.
No Exchange will be entertained if any of our products have been installed by anyone other than a licensed tradesperson.

Once you have contacted All Purpose Tile Centre and we have received and accepted your return claim, it is your responsibility to arrange return shipping to All Purpose Tile Centre's Sydney Warehouse - Unit 1/109-127 Batt Street, Jamisontown 2750 NSW.

All Purpose Tile Centre takes no responsibility to arrange return shipping of your product.

Please note that there is a 35% re-stocking fee on any Return and Exchange.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer/wholesaler.
